Go back to where it all began - the Cerveceria nano system! True to style, we're having lots of fun with unique ingredients and brewing processes. This time, Robert has brewed a Sahti, a Finnish type of farmhouse ale made from unmalted grains and flavored with juniper instead of hops. As with all of our nano batches, get it before it's gone!

We are celebrating one of our oldest and most beloved recipes, La Morena! We first brewed Jim's La Morena recipe as "Coelho's Brown" in September of 2013 on our trusty 20-gallon system at Cerveceria. It’s come a long way since then, but it's still a showcase for Thomas Fawcett Brown malt with over 7% of the malt bill! And don't sleep on that chocolate malt at 4% either - a little bit goes a long way!

Buffalo Trace Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (red wax)
Jamaican Rum Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (white wax)
Pinot Noir Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (blue wax)
Maple Syrup Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (yellow wax)
This limited release of four wax sealed barrel aged Imperial Stouts will only be available at Woods Outposts.

After long, collaborative work with local vintners and months hidden away in our Treasure Island barrel room, these special wine-beer hybrids blink into the daylight. We’ll be sharing flights with selections from our 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021 vintages. We've even saved a couple of cases of our World Beer Cup Gold Medal Winner — Divine Origins: Carignan.
